Refund and Returns Policies

All shipments are inspected and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you notice a discrepancy, damage or defect in your shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thehopeaholics.com – please include your order number along with a picture of the problematic area/item via e-mail attachment. High quality products and excellent customer service are our top priorities – our team will address and rectify the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Once we ship an item, it is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service. In the case of lost or stolen items, please report the issue directly to USPS immediately.
Domestic returns must be received within 14 days from the delivery date. For international customers, we offer a 30 day return period. We are happy to offer an exchange or online credit on eligible full priced items – we do not issue refunds. Online credit does not expire. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your credit information. Returns received beyond the allotted time period will not be accepted.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on gift cards, accessories, intimates, swimwear, beauty products and sale/marked down items (including items purchased during promotional sale periods such as “Black Friday”). Thank you for your understanding.
We do not accept returns, exchange requests or offer replacements for promotional gifts such as complimentary items included with orders. (e.g., Christmas sunnies, free gift with purchase, etc.)
Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. The Hopeaholics Podcast does not supply return labels or refund shipping costs. Returns must be in original condition accompanied with all original packaging. Returns that are made not in original condition and/or with obvious signs of wear will not be accepted – we cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.
Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice with the return item(s) marked inside your return package. We strongly advise packaging your merchandise with care and insuring your return as well as keeping record of the tracking number. The Hopeaholics Podcast is not responsible for items lost in transit, incorrectly delivered or damaged due to improper packaging and/or labeling.
